Has The Guardian devalued journalism?

Sorry, but this is the most ridiculous question to be asking for a yes/no answer. And I’m NOT linking to it. C’mon Guardian – write an intellectual debate about it.  (AND, I don’t like your tone!)

  1. I think the effect of digital technology on photography has been to increase the number of photographs being taken and distributed on new platforms. Most of these pictures are probably not very good and that means that the proportion of quality images has gone down but is probably about the same in real terms. The majority of digital images are meant for Facebook and Flickr not the art gallery, so perhaps Nan Goldin has missed the point.
